"Richard Maloy experiments with audience experience by using industrial materials to create playful environments. His gigantic work for APT7, Big Yellow 2012, uses cardboard boxes taped together, transforming them into a vibrant, amorphous structure that can be walked through. Thirty metres long, its brightly coloured angular shapes create new visual and spatial possibilities."
